Business strategy amid a Web 3.0 setting

The project aimed to assess the feasibility of utilizing Web3 technology for a food technology business specializing in organizing food events, seminars, and culinary workshops. The company sought to incorporate Web3 principles into its operations with the goal of enhancing the value it provides to the food industry.

• Conducted a study that presented some promising applications and limitations of Web3 concepts that can revamp the existing business model and initiatives by incorporating concepts such as decentralised hosting, automated governance, and crypto economies.
• Recommended a viable business model and value proposition that incorporated elements of an open source software strategy.

Management consultancy project for a multinantional hospitality group

The consultancy project was a collaborative effort between Cranfield University and the University of Valencia, aimed at addressing a specific management issue brought forth by real clients. The client is a prominent multinational hospitality company seeking solutions relalted to declining gender diversity particulary in upper management. The solutions were presented to a panel of distinguished executives representing the clients.

• Drafted a consultancy report with 5+ Qualitative consultancy frameworks and proposed a set of 3 recommendations along with an implementation timeline.

Real Estate Appraisal Tool

Real estate appraisal tool provides a rough estimation of the price of apartments based on existing listings published on online brokerage platforms. Please note that this is only a referencing tool and does not attempt to provide any legal advice.

• Built a full stack web application to predict prices of apartments using Python, Flask, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Nginx.
• The application used a machine learning model built using techniques such as K fold Cross validation and Grid Search CV. It used the following 4 features: area, location, number of beds and baths to predict prices. The result had an accuracy of approximately 80%

ANM Advisory Services project

Designed and developed a website for ANM Advisory Services and setup a business profile on online platforms to improve the online presence of the firm thereby increasing the site discovery rate to 85.2%

Revamped the communication protocol by decoupling the client query, client info, and prospective application repositories to reduce response time by more than 40%

Django Application

This is a blog application built using Django framework where users can register themselves to create, read, update, and delete posts. The application uses a postgreSQL database for storing user account and post related data.

Facial Recognition System using Raspberry pi Touch

Built a Facial Recognition and Detection system using a Raspberry Pi 3, touch screen, and Pi cam. The project used Haar feature-based cascade classifiers for detection and had an accuracy of approximately 95%

Smart Mirror Project

The project involves a two-way mirror with a partial display and a voice assistant. It is built using a Raspberry pi 3. The software program was developed using Vue.Js on a Raspberry pi Debian OS. The voice assistant was added using Apis for Amazon alexa and Google assistant.
